Marie DresslerAfter working for 26 years as an obstetrics nurse in Jefferson Healthcare’s Family Birth Center, Marie has served on the Board of Commissioners since being elected in 2009 and is completing a second term on the foundation board.
Hilary Whittington Kerber
Hilary joins the board with a passion for creatively strengthening the resources that make Jefferson County a vibrant and healthy place to live. With a background in finance and accounting, Hilary currently serves as the CFO of Pulse Heart Institute (MultiCare Health System), and was the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administration Officer of Jefferson Healthcare for 9 years prior.
Hilary lives in Port Ludlow with her husband, Stu, and two young boys, Urban and Rhŷs. Her weekends are spent camping, hiking, cooking, finding adventures, and playing with the boundaries of speed and gravity whenever she has a chance. Marti TarnowskiMarti served as Associate Administrator at Evergreen Hospital in Everett, WA, and as Chief Operating Officer at St Joseph Hospital in Tacoma before transitioning to strategic and development work as Senior Vice President at Swedish Hospital.

Andrew FallatAndrew (Andy) has served in leadership positions in hospitals and other healthcare institutions, including 20 years as the CEO of Evergreen Medical Center in Kirkland, WA. His most recent service before retirement included advising hospitals internationally as a Surveyor for Joint Commission International.
Karen Swanson-WoolfKaren served as a nurse on the medical/surgical ward at a hospital in Saigon as the U.S. military prepared to evacuate Vietnam. She also worked in Washington D.C. in policy, budget, and appropriations for various government agencies. Karen has deep family roots in Jefferson County where her father, Carl Swanson, served on the hospital board of commissioners for three terms in the 1970s and 80s.
There is immense power when a group of people with similar interests gets together to work toward the same goals. -Idowu Koyenikan Mike Glenn, ex-officioMike Glenn, CEO of Jefferson Healthcare since 2010, facilitated the newest hospital building, dedicated in 2015. He is now leading the the build of a new medical building to expand services which will include the Jefferson Cancer Treatment Project. Construction is scheduled to begin the summer of 2023.

Patty RhodenBefore her recent retirement and move to Port Townsend, Patty worked for 20 years in healthcare finance. For the past 11 years, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for Banner Health, University Medical Center in Phoenix.
Lanny TurayAs the Director of Pharmacy for Jefferson Healthcare, Lanny facilitated the opening of a new pharmacy in Port Ludlow in 2021. Before joining Jefferson Healthcare, he served as Pharmacy Manager at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle.
Adena WhitmanAdena has served in leadership positions in banks and credit unions for the last 17 years, including President and CEO of The Infirmary Federal Credit Union in Mobile, AL, and VP at First Fed in Port Angeles. She also has extensive experience in marketing, branding, and communications.
