Marie DresslerAfter working for 26 years as an obstetrics nurse in Jefferson Healthcare’s Family Birth Center, Marie has served on the Board of Commissioners since being elected in 2009 and is completing a second term on the foundation board.

Hilary brings a passion for creatively strengthening the resources that make Jefferson County a vibrant and healthy place to live. With a background in finance and accounting, Hilary currently serves as the CFO of Pulse Heart Institute and was the CFO/CAO of Jefferson Healthcare for 9 years prior. She lives in Port Ludlow with her husband and two young boys, spending weekends camping, cooking, finding adventures, and playing with the boundaries of speed and gravity whenever possible.
Marti TarnowskiMarti served as Associate Administrator at Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland, WA, and as Chief Operating Officer at St Joseph Hospital in Tacoma before transitioning to strategic and development work as Senior Vice President at Swedish Hospital.

Andrew FallatAndrew (Andy) has served in leadership positions in hospitals and other healthcare institutions, including 20 years as the CEO of Evergreen Medical Center in Kirkland, WA. His most recent service before retirement included advising hospitals internationally as a Surveyor for Joint Commission International.
Karen Swanson-WoolfKaren was a nurse at the U.S. Army 3rd Field Hospital In Vietnam, and in April 1975, served on Vietnam’s Operation Babylift. Karen worked for 20 years in Washington, D.C. for various government agencies, including eight years leading the congressional agenda for the Commerce Department's 13 bureaus. Karen has deep family roots in Jefferson County. Her father, Carl Swanson, served on the hospital board of commissioners for over 22 years.

Patty RhodenBefore her recent retirement and move to Port Townsend, Patty worked for in various CFO roles with Banner Health, with her final role at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix.
Adena has served in leadership positions in banks and credit unions for the last 17 years, including President and CEO of The Infirmary Federal Credit Union in Mobile, AL, and VP at First Fed in Port Angeles. She also has extensive experience in marketing, branding, and communications.
Mike Glenn, ex-officioMike Glenn, CEO of Jefferson Healthcare since 2010, facilitated the newest hospital building, dedicated in 2015. He is now leading the the build of a new medical building to expand services which will include the Jefferson Cancer Treatment Project. Construction is scheduled to begin the summer of 2023.
